Earning a BA in Counseling/Human Services

Students complete a minimum of 120 credit hours to earn a bachelors degree in Counseling and Human Services. The minimum 120 hours include program required courses, a secondary area of study, and the Foundation of Knowledge general education required courses. The University requirement for a bachelor degree must also be completed. (please link to the catalog for graduation requirements).

Future Students: Declare Counseling and Human Services on your NKU admissions application. Upon receipt of your acceptance letter to NKU, schedule an appointment to meet with the advisor.
