Social Work admissions application due date for Summer is  May 31, 2013, October 1, 2013 for Fall, and March 1, 2014 for Spring.

Social Work has never been in greater demand than it is today.  Employment of social workers is expected to increase much faster than all other occupations through 2016 (BLS, 2008).  There are a wide variety of jobs for social workers, such as school social work, hospitals, aging, child welfare, mental health, substance abuse, and family services.  A career in social work is one with great job mobility and opportunities.  A Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) prepares graduates for licensure and a Master of Social Work degree (MSW), increasing employment and salary opportunities.
